    For fresh toiletries at every stay, the 35ml bottles come in packs of 50 or cartons of 324, with the Emu Bush and Tea Tree soaps beside them in packs of 50 or full cartons.

    For a refillable bathroom, a 300ml pump bottle stays on the vanity or in the shower and is topped up from a 5L refill. The listing says each 5L refill fills a 300ml bottle 16 times; that leaves 200ml over, so a pair of refills fills it 33 times.

    The bathroom extras are sold only by the carton of 250.

    What is in the Classic and Deluxe gift packs?

    The Classic pack has shampoo, conditioner and body wash (3 pumps). The Deluxe pack has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and hand and body balm (5 pumps). Both add a waffle weave bathrobe, a pair of coral fleece slippers and an eye mask.

    Do the 5L refills come with a pump?

    No. The Wallawa 5L refill listing says the pump for 5L refills is sold separately.

    Can I buy a single 300ml pump bottle?

    Yes. The five Wallawa 300ml pump bottles (hair wash, conditioner, body wash, body balm and hand wash) are each sold as 1 bottle or as a carton of 16.

    Can I return guest toiletries if I change my mind?

    No. Personal care items, such as hygiene products and cosmetics, cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we cover the cost of getting it back to us.
