• We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed in the original payment method once approved.
• If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we may decline the refund or return the product at your expense.
• We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as soon as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return the item at your expense, and we will refund you excluding original shipping costs. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
