An aerobic step is a raised platform for step-ups, step classes and cardio routines, and changing its height makes a routine harder or easier. This page has four products from Everfit and Shoppers Active: a 3 level stackable aerobic step, a set of four step risers, and two plastic step platforms with two height levels.

How to choose an aerobic step

Adjustable height. The Everfit 3 level step has a 3-level stack design. The two plastic step platforms have two height levels: the black step sets at approximately 10 cm or 15 cm with removable height blocks, and the green step at one or two steps.

    Platform size. The Everfit 3 level step measures 78 x 28 x 19.5 cm. The black plastic step measures 67 x 27 x 15 cm and the green plastic step 68cm x 28cm x 15cm.

Load. The Everfit 3 level step lists a load capacity of 250 kg. The other three listings give no load figure.

Adding height to a step you own. The Everfit step riser set holds 2 pairs of risers. A riser measures 40 x 40 x 8cm, has non-skidding pads, and increases the height of an aerobic step by 5cm.
