2. Orders and Delivery

• Order Acceptance: Orders must be submitted in writing and are subject to acceptance by Shoppers Spot. Any conflicting terms in customer orders are excluded.
• Bulk Orders: Large quantity orders require confirmation regarding stock availability and lead times.
• Standard Orders: Orders received by 4 PM (AEST/AEDT) without special handling requests will be dispatched within two working days.
• Urgent Orders: Orders requiring expedited processing must be placed by 1 PM (AEST/AEDT). Contact Customer Service for details.
• Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value may apply. Orders below this threshold may incur a handling fee.

3. Shipping and Transportation

• Freight Costs: Orders will be shipped using the most economical carrier chosen by Shoppers Spot. Customers requesting alternate shipping methods will bear any additional costs.
• Delivery Delays: Shoppers Spot is not liable for delivery delays due to uncontrollable factors. In such cases, we may suspend or cancel deliveries without notice.

4. Pricing

• Prices are determined at the date of dispatch and may include freight charges unless otherwise specified.
• Price changes may occur due to factors such as currency fluctuations, manufacturer cost increases, or other external factors.
• Distributors are not obligated to adhere to Shoppers Spot's recommended retail prices.

5. Warranty

• Customer Rights: Customers are entitled to statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Any express warranty given by Shoppers Spot does not limit these rights.
• Distributor Obligations: Distributors must inform customers about statutory rights and may only limit liability where legally permitted.

6. Returns and Claims

• Claims must be initiated via phone or email. Phone contact is preferred for efficiency.
• Damaged, Lost, or Short-Delivered Goods: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date, citing the invoice number. Damaged goods should not be returned without prior authorization.
• Returned Goods Authorization: Customers must obtain a return authorization before sending goods back to Shoppers Spot.

7. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: Shoppers Spot collects personal information, including contact details, financial information, and other necessary data.
• Use of Data: Personal information is used for service provision, contract fulfilment, account management, credit assessment, marketing, and customer relations.
