Therapy Range, as we sell it, is a range for fresh toiletries at every stay: there are no pump bottles or bulk refills in it. A carton of shampoo, conditioner and body wash covers 128 room set-ups at one bottle of each per stay.
For soap, the 20g bar comes in packs of 50 or 375, and the 40g boxed bar in a carton of 80 only.

Can I buy the 30ml bottles in a smaller pack?
No. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion are each sold in a carton of 128 bottles. The 20g soap is the one item that also comes in a pack of 50.
Can I return guest toiletries if I change my mind?
No. Personal care items, such as hygiene products and cosmetics, cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we cover the cost of getting it back to us.
