Natural Earth Guest Amenities

Natural Earth is a guest amenity range for bathrooms in hotels, motels, serviced apartments and holiday rentals. Most of it is the Manuka Honey line: every shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and balm carries that name, and the four Manuka soaps are made with Manuka leaf and harakeke oil.

About the range

The shampoo, conditioning shampoo, conditioner and body wash come in all three formats: 35ml bottles to leave out for each stay, 400ml pump bottles for the vanity or shower, and 5L refills for topping the pumps up. The hand wash and the hand and body balm come as 400ml pump bottles and 5L refills, and the body balm also comes as a 35ml bottle. Several listings describe the conditioner, conditioning shampoo and body balm as enriched with AMH Manuka honey, and the 35ml bottles, four of the pump bottles and two of the soaps list New Zealand as where they are made.

The 15g wrapped soap and the 40g boxed soap are described as vegetable-based. Beyond the Manuka line there is a 100g Lemon Balm soap with tea tree extract, a bath bag infusion with harakeke (flax) oil and Manuka that goes in the tub while the bath runs, and make-up remover wipes: pre-moistened towelettes with witch hazel and aloe vera.

Which size suits your property?

If guests get fresh toiletries for every stay, the 35ml bottles are the format to leave out. Each comes in a pack of 50, the smaller order, or a carton of 324.

For a refillable bathroom, a 400ml pump bottle stays on the vanity or in the shower and is topped up from a 5L refill. One 5L refill fills a 400ml bottle 12 times, with 200ml left over, and a carton of 2 refills fills it 25 times. Add the pump for 5L refill containers to the order, because the refills do not include one.

The soaps run from the 15g wrapped bar up to the 100g Lemon Balm bar, and the 20g and 40g bars also come in packs of 50.

No. Each Natural Earth 5L refill listing says the pump for 5L refills is sold separately.

How many times does a 5L refill fill a 400ml pump bottle?

Twelve full times, with 200ml left over. A carton of 2 refills fills a 400ml bottle 25 times.

Can I return guest toiletries if I change my mind?

No. Personal care items, such as hygiene products and cosmetics, cannot be returned for a change of mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us, ideally within 7 days of delivery, and we cover the cost of getting it back to us.
