Order by Tuesday 15 December 2026 for standard delivery to arrive before Christmas. To be comfortable rather than cutting it fine, we suggest ordering by Friday 11 December.
The dates
- Friday 11 December — order by this date to be comfortable. December is the busiest delivery month of the year and this leaves room for a slow leg.
- Tuesday 15 December — the last date that works on our normal timings: up to 48 hours to pack your order, then 3 to 5 business days in transit.
- After 15 December — your order will still be packed and sent, and it may well arrive in time, but we cannot promise it will land before Christmas Day.
These dates are for standard delivery. If you need something sooner, express is available at checkout and is quicker than standard, though we cannot guarantee a delivery date on it either.
We do not shut down for Christmas
Our warehouse keeps packing and sending orders right through the Christmas period. We are closed only on the public holidays:
- Friday 25 December — Christmas Day
- Saturday 26 December — Boxing Day, with the holiday observed Monday 28 December
- Friday 1 January — New Year's Day
Orders placed on those days are packed the next business day.
Extended returns on Christmas gifts
Anything bought from 1 November can be returned up to 31 January, rather than the usual 30 days. Buy the present in November, and whoever opens it still has until the end of January to change their mind.
Outside that window our standard 30-day returns apply. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.
Tracking your order
Every order is sent with tracking. You will get a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves us, and you can follow it from there. If your tracking has not updated in a few days, email info@shoppersspot.com.au and we will chase it.
A note on being honest about this
Once a parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the delivery network's hands, and December is when that network is under the most strain. We will not promise a delivery date we do not control. What we can promise is that if you order by 15 December we will have your parcel packed and moving inside 48 hours, and that it will be tracked the whole way.
Common questions
Is delivery free?
Orders of $100 or more ship free. Below that, the cost depends on size, weight and destination, and it is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver everywhere in Australia?
Yes, Australia-wide. Regional and remote addresses take longer than capital cities, so if you are outside a metro area, order earlier than the dates above.
What about big items like Christmas trees and pools?
Bulky items travel more slowly than small parcels. If you are ordering a tree, an above-ground pool or anything large, order by 11 December rather than 15 December.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Email info@shoppersspot.com.au straight away with your order number. If it has not been packed yet we can usually change it. Once it is on its way we cannot.
My order has not arrived and Christmas is close.
