How to choose a wool quilt

Pick the weight for the season. A summer quilt is lighter, a winter quilt is warmer, and an all season quilt sits in between. The Woolcomfort 350GSM and 500GSM adult quilts are listed for all seasons, and the Woolcomfort 700GSM for cold climates. Australian made or Australian wool. The Woolcomfort quilts are made in Australia from Woolmark certified, 100% pure new Australian wool. The 350GSM, 500GSM and 700GSM Woolcomfort quilts have a superfine cotton japara casing, and the Woolcomfort cot quilt a pre-shrunk cotton japara casing. The Bianca Woolly Comforts filling is Woolmark accredited Australian wool, in a 300 thread count cotton japara cover with diamond quilting. The Easyrest 300GSM and 500GSM quilts list pure Australian wool in a cotton japara cover; the 300GSM listing says Australian made, and the 500GSM listing says manufactured in Australia from local and imported material. The Easyrest bamboo and wool quilt is made in Australia with an Australian wool and bamboo filling in a natural cotton cover. The Giselle Bedding quilts have a 100% wool filling in a 100% cotton cover with baffle box construction, and the 500GSM washable wool quilt has a wool filling in a 100% cotton cover.

Check the size. The 350GSM, 500GSM and 700GSM Woolcomfort quilts each come in single (140x210cm), king single (160x210cm), double (180x210cm), queen (210x210cm), king (240x210cm) and super king (270x240cm). The Woolcomfort cot quilt is 97 x 125 cm. The Bianca 300GSM and 550GSM quilts and the Easyrest 300GSM and 500GSM quilts each come in single, double, queen, king and super king. The Giselle Bedding quilt comes in double and queen. The Easyrest bamboo and wool quilt is queen size, and so is the 500GSM washable wool quilt.
